James Kostarakis – Chairman
MAICD
James Kostarakis is a Director of Countrywide Australasia Limited and member of the Finance Risk and Audit Committee. Mr Kostarakis is the Managing Director of Fastrac Foodservice which was established in 1991; a second-generation family owned and operated Foodservice Distributor in Victoria. James has worked in many roles including sales, marketing, purchasing, supplier negotiations, corporate governance, compliance, finance, as well as logistics and warehousing. James has over 20 years’ experience in the Foodservice sector.

Trevor Gottlieb - Deputy Chair
Trevor is Managing Director of Sydney Food & Packaging Wholesalers Pty Ltd. It is a family run foodservice distributor established in 2004. We are associated with NAFDA, one of the largest groups of independent foodservice operators in Australasia. Our HACCP accreditation and fully audited set of procedures provide our customers with peace of mind when ordering through SFPW.

Cath Fifoot - Director
Cath Fifoot has over 20 years FMCG experience, spanning both Sales & Category. She has broad channel exposure having worked in several diverse categories, with the last 2.5 years being in Foodservice. Cath is currently the Commercial Director Oceania for Lamb Weston Australia, leading both Sales & Marketing for the business. She will bring multi-channel & diverse industry thinking, in conjunction with a strong supplier lens. Cath is excited to be a part of IFDA and its critical agenda.

Brad Lee - Director
Brad Lee is the Head of Food Service at Bega. He was formerly the CEO of NAFDA Foodservice, an Australian public company comprising of 52 family owned and operated independent food distribution shareholders with sales revenue in excess of $1.4b.

Jeff Dhu - Director
Jeff Dhu, CEO of Countrywide Foodservice, boasts a distinguished career in the food industry, spanning blue-chip organisations in Australia and abroad. He led Fonterra’s Foodservice division for nearly a decade, driving growth and leading the business transformation to Anchor Food Professionals, one of Australia’s leading foodservice suppliers. He is passionate about the food industry and supporting independent food service distributors who are the lifeblood and entrepreneurial heart of the food service sector.

Dean Le Huray - Director
Dean Le Huray brings over a decade of leadership at NAFDA, where he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, having previously held roles as General Manager of Procurement and Operations, and National Procurement & Supply Manager. With extensive expertise across FMCG and foodservice in commercial as well as operations and supply chain functions.
Prior to NAFDA, Dean held senior leadership roles in sectors spanning chemical, food and FMCG. His pre-eminent role was 5 years working at GE Plastics where he had successive management positions up to Australasian leadership of their Silicones business.
At NAFDA, Dean has led strategic initiatives to enhance long term procurement partnerships, develop national private-label programs, and deliver member-focused return on investment through innovative marketing and procurement programs.
Dean is deeply committed to leveraging his commercial, operational, and member led industry experience to support IFDA’s mission and contribute to its ongoing success.
