Thank you to The Australian and Global Food Forum organisers for asking me to host a table on energy related issues and to talk about the foodservice sector. Important to hear from food suppliers / manufacturers on how energy costs are impacting their businesses which then flows down the supply chain and affects the price of food.

Global Food Forum: Towards 2050

The Australian's Global Food Forum 2025 in Melbourne brought together industry leaders to discuss the future of agriculture and food production. Key topics included sustainable farming practices, energy resilience, and the role of technology in meeting the challenges of feeding a growing global population.
